Customized Health Solutions

The health and wellness solutions provided by many organizations are missing the important part i.e. the customization required considering the
Culture of the organization
The gender mix of employees


Any corporate health and wellness solutions will fail to click if it is not customized as per the organizations needs.

Many programs either loose the steam in the very first few months of being rolled out or even fail to click.

The reasons are very simple and straight forward ie one size doesn't fit all.

The first step for rolling out a wellness program is to create a cross fucntional team from the organization and the people from wellnesss company.
They should sit together and understand the potential failure modes of the program.
Specially understanding the cultural issues and the gender mix. They then should try to identify the most important need of the organization.

The need should be aligned to the individual employee priorties and also to the business goals of the organization.

It is always easy to implement a Corporate Health and Wellness program that aligns to the needs of the individual employees and organizations business goals.

Once the team has identified the failure modes they should try to address them by customizing the health solutions offered.

Customized health solutions always have a better chance of success than the standard programs.

The continuos tracking and monitoring of the program adoption also plays a very important role in program success. I shall try to cover this aspect in the next post.
